general terms and conditions - GTC -


1. If a hotel / conference room is appointed, or confirmed,  a guest host contract / lease agreement is agreed upon.


2. The contract includes a hotel room bed and breakfast. The contract includes meeting rooms just for the use of event space. The daily rates are to be payed according to the prior agreement. The house offered benefits (fitness, sauna, etc.) may require an extra charge and are subject to availabilty.

3. Option bookings are binding for both parties. The hotel reserves the right to give the room(s) and/or meeting rooms away to other clients , after the expiry of the option. Option changes by both sides via telephone consultation and written confirmation is possible.

4. If the hotel requested advances are not paid in the period requested, it does free the hotel of any obligations and terminates the contract.

5. The hotel room is booked for guest arrival from 3:00 pm until 11:00 pm departure. A later departure than 11:00 am requires consultation with the reception on the evening before departure. A departure until 3:00 pm is half after 3:00 pm Check-Out is the full room rate.

6. Reservations are maintained up to 18.00 pm.

7. Booked Banquet Facilities are available to the contractor only on the agreed hours. Other use requires prior consultation with the hotel.

8. The contractor is not entitled to certain hotel rooms / Banquet Facilities.

9. If agreed hotelrooms / Banquet Facilities, regardless of the reasons why, are exceptionally not available, the hotel shall attempt to find the  equivalent replacement.

10. Changing a standing order or cancellation of booked event rooms / packages are calculated as follows:
a. up to 42 days before arrival no charge - for tourist groups
until 28 days before arrival no charge - for conferences
27-21 days before arrival 50% of the agreed services
20 - 0 days before arrival 80% of the agreed services
b. For individually booked hotel rooms, 80% of the agreed services, provided that the cancellation is not two days before arrival.

11. The host shall retain the right to prove that the hotel has had no or lower damage because of his no-show or cancellation.

12. For all group bookings it is requiered that the hotel recieves the list of the participants at least seven working days before the event.

13. If the customer is not the booking party both partys are jointly liable.

14. If the Hotel has reason to believe that the event does not ensure a smooth business operation, threatens the security or the reputation of the house or guests or endangers the guets, as well as in the case of force majeure or internal unrest, it can cancel the event, the assertion of any claim for damages against the hotel is excluded.

15. In the case of joint food (menus and buffets), the organizer of the hotel two days before the event begins, the exact number of participants indicate. This figure is regarded as the minimum guaranteed number and is the organizer of the hotel in each case into account.

16. The Bringing of food and beverages is generally not allowed. Exceptions are only in agreement with the hotel and pay the usual home-service costs / corkage possible.

17. The contractor is liable to the hotel in its entirety, by himself, his agents or his guests, caused damage to buildings and inventory, if the contractor does not prove minor damages.

18. If the hotel operator for the external services of technical, decorative, or other type of third party provides, it does so in the name and on behalf of the organizer. The organizer is responsible for the careful handling and proper return of these items and the hotel by all third party claims.

19. Individually paying guests have immediate cash net cash to pay. All guest accounts are payable weekly.

20. For tourist groups until 4 weeks before arrival Deposit payment of 50% of the accommodation costs payable.

21. Due to prior credit arrangements are sent invoices within 10 days without deduction.

22. The hotel accepts the following credit cards: Eurocard, Visa, but only in amounts that are not subsidized special rate (for example: weekend packages, beauty treatments etc. these vouchers only in cash or by debit card) is subject. The hotel is in a case entitled, currency, checks and credit cards rejected.

23. If the period between contract and service provision 180 days, then the hotel reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

24. All prices are in Euro and including service charge and VAT, unless otherwise stated.

25. Undrawn benefits packages are not refundable.

26. Valuables, money and monetary instruments (checks, debit cards, etc.) may be in a safe at reception and are deposited as to 1000.00 euros insured. Be it from the guest in the hotel room or in the conference rooms or other premises of the hotel stores, the hotel assumes no liability for this. This also applies to the safes in the room.

27. The hotel is trying to wake-up calls to execute with utmost care, damages claims arising from omission, however, are excluded.

28. Items left behind are only on request nachgesandt forward. This hotel is committed to a retention of 6 months.

29. For some guests, and post messages and shipments are handled with care. The hotel accepts the storage, delivery, and upon request the non-free items. A liability for loss, delay or damage is excluded.

30. Additional agreements must be in writing.

31. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Wolfsburg.

32. The ineffectiveness of individual provisions of the contract or the conditions do not affect the validity of other provisions. Instead of the invalid provisions shall be as close as possible to their next destination valid.
